| Another Beautiful Bride and A Step Into Your World . . . |

Tropical Hibiscus, Calla Lily, and Plumerias
|
Another beautiful Bride to share with you! It's interesting that the Orange Hibiscus shown in this bouquet was so popular and made of ordinary silk. Now to me, they never looked realistic, but that never stopped a Bride from requesting this discontinued flower. I will admit, they look outstanding in photos though!
I had an opportunity to take a tiny step into your world this week as I searched for ideas for the custom cake I'm making for our 8th anniversary next month. Wow, it's been so much fun! I looked at dozens of beautiful tropical wedding cakes because I'm a beach girl at heart. I'm sure that comes as no surprise to you though!
I am going to do a mini wedding style cake with Plumeria flowers and white chocolate sea shells. I ordered the starfish and sea shell chocolate molds and a tiny heart and sea shell cake topper so I can create my vision. I've completed 3 cake decorating classes so I feel confident I can put this together.
Next month we will spend 3 days at the beach, staying at the beautiful Shore Cliff Lodge where we got married! It was a semi-destination wedding - The drive is about 4 hours.
I'll be sure to share my cake creation with you because maybe this will be an inspiration for you as you plan your own cake!
