| Tropical Bouquets are in Demand |
Boy, some of you brides are so lucky! You are traveling to such beautiful destinations for your wedding. Actually, it's a wedding and honeymoon all in one, which is such a bonus.
This bouquet is traveling to Mexico.
And of course, exotic destinations mean lots of bright colors for the wedding flowers.
I'm still dreaming of a Sandles vacation. My husband and I think maybe our 10th anniversary would be the time to do that.
Ok...so I've got 3 more years to wait...but hey, dreams are free! I'm such a romantic at heart.

This bouquet is so realistic, I just had to share it!!
I've admired real orchids for a long time now (I have two in my living room). They are so exotic looking. I've never actually grown the real Cymbidiums Orchids but I do love them so much.
I really like the brides choice of colors for her flowers.

| A Brand New Bouquet for A Special Bride-To-Be |

Amaryllis, Orchids, Freesia, Berries, and Calla Lilies.

I've been working with this bride for months and it's hard to believe that the day has finally come for me to send her flowers to her.
I'm really fond of this bouquet because of it's mix of so many flowers, textures, and colors.
It is a true "high end" bouquet and I know it would cost a fortune if fresh flowers were used to create it.
My all red rose bridal bouquet in 2002 was $175.00. An ultra small bouquet for each of my bridesmaids was $95.00 each.
U.S. Brides are so lucky to have so many choices of beautiful, realistic flowers for their wedding - all at really reasonable prices.
And the best part is you do not have to throw your bouquet away after your wedding is over! To me, doing that felt like a real let down and I could hardly bare to throw mine in the trash after my honeymoon. But when it started to grow mold inside, it was time to get rid of it!!
The Hawaiian Islands are high humidity and it took it's toll on my bouquet. I actually wanted to save it - even if it was going to look like a dried up silly mess. I just wasn't ready to let go of it or the feelings associated with my wedding.

This is a sneak preview of a bridal bouquet I created for a "Weddings 2 Go" package I am working on.
Plumeria looks pretty dressed up, don't you think?
I added a crystal starfish, bouquet stem circle, and diamante pins to the center of all the Plumeria.
I also put in some bright Yellow mini Floramatique Calla lily as well.

This bouquet was based on a round, handtied bouquet in my Bridal Portfolio.
It was simply transformed into a teardrop style.
Any round, handtied bouquet can be made into a Cascade or Teardrop style.

I've been asked from time to time, if I can actually create some of the things brides come up with for their bouquets. I can tell there is some concern about this sometimes.
I may hold Plumeria and all things tropical dear to my heart, but I have a very creative side that allows me to do different things.
If you look at my Bridal Portfolio, it may look like what you see is all I'm capable of doing, but that's not so.
If you have something you'd like - that steps out of tradition and you are good at showing me or telling me what you want, I can probably make that happen for you.
This bouquet is an example of that.
